However, if you receive an incorrect item or notice a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at enquiries@linara.uk. Our customer care team will be happy to review your concern and assist you accordingly.
Please ensure that the item is in its original condition and packaging. We are unable to assess or accept items that show any signs of wear, alteration, stains, fragrance, or damage incurred after delivery.
