Order Processing

Orders are processed during our business days: Monday to Friday.
Any orders placed after Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

Once your order has been confirmed and dispatched, you will receive an email notification with tracking details.

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before shipment, especially during busy periods or promotional events.


UK Shipping

All UK orders are shipped via trusted courier services – DHL, DPD, Royal Mail, or Evri.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Standard delivery within the UK typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that during public holidays or seasonal sale periods, additional delivery time may be required.


European Shipping

For European destinations, orders are shipped via FedEx, DPD, or DHL, depending on availability.

Please note that customs duties, VAT, or import fees may apply based on your country’s regulations.
These charges are not included in your purchase total and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

Customs inspections or processing may occasionally delay your parcel – we appreciate your patience in such cases.


USA, Canada & International Shipping

Orders to the USA, Canada, and the rest of the world are shipped via DHL, DPD, or FedEx, depending on destination and availability.

Estimated delivery times range from 3–10 business days, excluding customs clearance.

Please be aware that customs, duties, and import taxes may apply according to your country’s laws.
These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.

If a parcel is refused or returned due to unpaid duties or incorrect address information, additional shipping fees may apply.

Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the shipping address.

Linara is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs processes, weather conditions, or incorrect address submissions.

Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, ownership and responsibility for the package transfer to the customer.
